Attic Insulation
For some, an upgrade might be a no-brainer.If your home is 10 to 15 years old, it may not have the same level of insulation that is being built into new homes today. Construction knowledge of how our homes gain and lose heat and cold has changed dramatically over the past 50 years. We now know that a minimum of 12" of blown attic insulation will reduce energy bills. We also know that 18-22" is the optimum depth of insulation to have in your home's attic.
As a duct work cleaning, attic insulation and radiant barrier business, we know our way around an attic.
Because we have spent countless hours in attics performing air conditioning and furnace duct cleaning services, we are very comfortable adding blown insulation in your attic. With years of experience cleaning mold from people's ducts so they could breathe cleaner, safer air, we know how to tackle proper blown insulation installation, too.

Like our air vent duct cleaning, we have attic insulation installation down.
If you do not have adequate attic insulation it can result in major energy loss. A well-insulated home can significantly reduce your utility bills throughout the year, allowing North Texas Duct Cleaning another way to help you save money. Adding additional attic insulation is a great energy saving compliment to residential air duct cleaning in helping you save.
Do you have the level recommended by the U.S. Department of Energy?
The U.S. Department of Energy recommends 18-22" of attic insulation. Most homes in North Texas are insulated with less than half of that recommendation. With AttiCat™ in most cases we can add the recommended levels in two hours or less, right on top of your existing insulation. We will come to your home, inspect and measure your attic, then give you an accurate proposal. In our proposal, we will list the number of bags of insulation that we will be blown and at the end of the project we will count the empty bags with you. Ask us about earning a $ 1500 tax credit.
Our friendly team doesn’t cut corners.
We want to clarify that we typically refer to our main service simply as professional air duct cleaning. We have heard our service referred to as heating vent cleaning, central air duct cleaning, furnace air duct cleaning, air conditioning duct cleaning, and even ventilation cleaning. Most people also use the words duct and vent interchangeably. Whatever you want to call it, it's all the same when you work with a team as thorough as the North Texas Duct Cleaning staff. We always send a team to your home for all of our services that you can trust to deliver professionalism.
Professional air duct cleaning isn't our only expertise.
AC vent cleaning left us wanting to do more for our clients. Like duct work cleaning, the addition of a radiant barrier and the latest in attic insulation solutions are investments that can help lower your energy bill. We're proud to offer those services and dryer vent cleaning, too.
